We’re looking for an office junior to help ensure the smooth running of our busy office in Surbiton, Surrey.
You’ll work closely with all the Senior Management and other key departments.
· Screen calls and take detailed, accurate messages where necessary
· Monitor supplies of stationery and order where necessary
· Manage and distribute all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
· Photocopy and file company documents
· Book meeting rooms and refreshments
· Greet and look after guests
· Provide support to managers during busy periods
· Assist the Operations Manager with regular health and safety checks
· Ad-hoc secretarial duties including bookings and diary management
• Confident with all MS office packages
• Previous administrative experience
• Polite telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organised
• Able to prioritise a changing to-do list
• Excellent attention to detail
• Uses initiative
• Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
